Meet Our Team

Melissa Schilling

Melissa graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. After graduation, she worked in Marketing Communications for 13 years. Since joining Pediatric Therapy Specialties in 2020, Melissa has been responsible for overseeing patient care and satisfaction. She manages all of our insurance benefits, authorizations, claims and billing. She also oversees our Medicaid Waiver and PAC Services programs.
